Text Lab is a free, browser-based text utility. Its sole purpose is to transform text you provide using the tools below. No accounts, no sign-ups, no tracking — just you and your text.
This policy explains — plainly — how (or rather, how little) your data is handled.
Nothing. Text Lab collects no personal data, usage data, or analytics of any kind.
Every operation in Text Lab runs entirely inside your browser using standard JavaScript. When you paste text and apply a transformation:
In technical terms: your text never leaves the JavaScript runtime. There is no server-side component.
Text Lab is hosted on GitHub Pages. When you load the page, GitHub's servers deliver the static files to your browser. GitHub may log standard server access data (such as your IP address) as part of their infrastructure — this is outside our control. Please refer to GitHub's Privacy Statement for details.
Beyond GitHub Pages hosting, Text Lab integrates no third-party libraries, CDNs, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.
Because Text Lab collects no data from anyone, it has no special implications for users under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). There is nothing to collect, store, or share.
If this policy ever changes — for example, if features requiring data processing are added — the effective date above will be updated and the changes will be described clearly. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
