Text Lab does not collect, store, transmit, or retain any information — ever. Your text lives only in your browser while you use it, then it's gone.

01

Overview

Text Lab is a free, browser-based text utility. Its sole purpose is to transform text you provide using the tools below. No accounts, no sign-ups, no tracking — just you and your text.

Sentence / Title / Toggle Case
UPPERCASE & lowercase
Remove Extra Spaces
Remove Blank Lines
Remove Duplicate Lines
Word & Character Count
Reverse Text
Sort Lines

This policy explains — plainly — how (or rather, how little) your data is handled.

02

What We Collect

Nothing. Text Lab collects no personal data, usage data, or analytics of any kind.

No names, emails, or account information
No text you paste or type is ever sent anywhere
No analytics or tracking scripts
No cookies, fingerprinting, or device identifiers
No IP addresses or location data
03

How Processing Works

Every operation in Text Lab runs entirely inside your browser using standard JavaScript. When you paste text and apply a transformation:

Text is processed in-memory, on your device only
No network request is made during processing
Text is discarded when you close or refresh the page
Nothing is written to localStorage, IndexedDB, or cookies

In technical terms: your text never leaves the JavaScript runtime. There is no server-side component.

04

Third-Party Services

Text Lab is hosted on GitHub Pages. When you load the page, GitHub's servers deliver the static files to your browser. GitHub may log standard server access data (such as your IP address) as part of their infrastructure — this is outside our control. Please refer to GitHub's Privacy Statement for details.

Beyond GitHub Pages hosting, Text Lab integrates no third-party libraries, CDNs, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

No Google Analytics
No Cloudflare
No Facebook Pixel
No ad networks
No external fonts
No CDN scripts
05

Children's Privacy

Because Text Lab collects no data from anyone, it has no special implications for users under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). There is nothing to collect, store, or share.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if features requiring data processing are added — the effective date above will be updated and the changes will be described clearly. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
